This year, Sydney hosted partners from all around the ECOVIS network, for a 3-day conference at the Sheraton Grand Hotel in the CBD. At the same time, the Sydney Family Program, took place over two of those days.
The itinerary for Friday featured a ferry ride across the Sydney Harbour, and a fantastic view of the Harbour Bridge and the Opera House, followed by a day trip to Sydney's oldest zoo, the Taronga Zoo. There, participants had the chance to see native Australian wildlife (kangaroos etc) up close, and experienced a bird show.
Saturday's program featured a trip to the famous Bondi beach, and a walk along the tops of the sheer sandstone cliffs that make up Sydney's coast, followed by a lunch at an ocean-side restaurant.
We would like to thank tour leader Matt Lippiatt for volunteering as tour guide for the program, and thank everyone who participated. We hope they enjoyed the days and hope to see them in the sunburnt country again!
