After reading the previous articles in this series you should now be familiar and comfortable with thinking of the trust relationships that arise during the course of your private life and professional career in terms of the diagram shown in Figure 1.
Whilst you may now comfortably see each building block as a separate legal personality, distinct from yourself, with a distinct operation and objective, it may not be manifestly clear how the various different trust structures previously covered best suit your needs. It can indeed be confusing because you and your colleagues within the industry will come in different shapes and sizes for very different reasons.
